SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT SOCIETY
Member Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement
The Sports & Entertainment Society (“Society”) is designed to be a trusted environment where professionals can openly exchange ideas, relationships, referrals, opportunities, experiences, and industry knowledge. Protecting that trust is a condition of membership.
By joining and participating in the Society, I agree that:
-
Confidentiality. I will keep confidential any non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information shared by another member or guest through Society meetings, events, communications, online communities, or introductions. This includes client identities, personal information, business strategies, deal terms, opportunities, referrals, contacts, and private conversations.
-
No Unauthorized Disclosure. I will not share, publish, record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute confidential information outside the Society without the express permission of the person who shared it. I will not identify another member’s clients, relationships, deals, or opportunities without authorization.
-
Referrals & Introductions. I will respect the relationships behind introductions and referrals. An introduction does not grant permission to bypass, solicit around, or otherwise misuse the relationship of the member who made it.
-
Professional Use. Information shared within the Society may be used for legitimate professional collaboration, learning, and relationship-building, but never in a manner that could reasonably harm, embarrass, exploit, or compromise another member, client, or third party.
These obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently known or developed, received lawfully from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
This commitment survives the termination of membership. Violations may result in suspension or termination of Society membership and any other remedies available under applicable law.
“Our standard is simple: What is shared in trust is protected in trust.”
